We thoughtfully create our jewellery, in small, limited batches to minimise wastage. We don't mass produce just to drive the price down, since it drives down the quality as well. Secondly, Suramyah pieces are to be loved forever. They won't give up on you after 4 weeks and end up in a landfill, but will adorn your family's bodies for generations to come.

Yes! Suramyah jewellery is completely nickel-free, making it hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. No green stains, no allergies.

Rhodium plating ensures long-lasting shine with minimal effort. If you find the jewellery has some visible fingerprints or dirt, you can simply clean it with soap and water.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days across India. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

We accept returns only for defective items. To initiate a return, please provide a video of the unboxing process showing the defect. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
