What materials are used in Suramyah jewellery?All our jewellery is crafted with 925 BIS Hallmarked Sterling Silver, ensuring high quality and authenticity. We use real gemstones and rhodium plating for durability and shine.

Is Suramyah jewellery sustainable?We thoughtfully create our jewellery, in small, limited batches to minimise wastage. We don't mass produce just to drive the price down, since it drives down the quality as well. Secondly, Suramyah pieces are to be loved forever. They won't give up on you after 4 weeks and end up in a landfill, but will adorn your family's bodies for generations to come.

What is your shipping policy?Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days across India. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do you accept returns?We accept returns only for defective items. To initiate a return, please provide a video of the unboxing process showing the defect. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
