Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective (e.g., damaged, broken, or not as described).
To initiate a return, you must provide a video of the unboxing process showing the defect. This helps us understand the issue and improve our processes.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or wrong colour/product selection. Single chains and rings are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at hello@suramyah.in with your order number, details of the defect, and the unboxing video.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Refunds or Replacements

If the defect is verified, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon successful inspection of the returned product at the Suramyah Warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please wait for our approval before returning the product.
